Deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of Chinese metallurgy and the historic maritime trade routes that once brought the world's finest gems to the Pearl of the Orient, our atelier began as a humble goldsmithing workshop. Rachel draws her expertise from a variety of disciplines such as business, arts, design and fashion. She has prior training in jewellery design from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and fashion design from Central Saint Martins.
She has been steeped in the design discipline for over 14 years. Her wide exposure to different cultures through her extensive travels is infused into her designs. She aims to create jewellery for the modern woman who is confident of her identity and unique in her style.

Yes! You can work directly with our design team to create a bespoke setting, choose your center stone (natural or lab-grown), and approve a 3D preview before crafting begins.
Custom pieces typically take 2 to 4 weeks from final design approval to delivery.
Yes. We can incorporate family heirloom stones into new custom settings, subject to a physical inspection by our jeweler to verify the stone's structural integrity before setting.
We offer both certified ethically sourced natural diamonds and high-grade lab-grown diamonds, allowing you to choose the option that aligns best with your values and budget.
Chemically, physically, and optically, lab-grown and natural diamonds are identical—both are pure crystallized carbon. Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years deep within the Earth, whereas lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments. We offer both so you can choose the stone that best aligns with your preferences and budget.
Yes. All center stones above 1 carat come with an independent grading certificate from accredited gemological laboratories such as GIA or IGI.
We require a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost upon approval of the initial quote and design direction. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final completion, prior to dispatch or collection.
If you decide to modify your design concept before manufacturing begins, your deposit can be applied toward the new design. However, additional costs may apply if new 3D CAD renders or different gemstones are required.
Complimentary text engraving is available on most standard wedding bands and ring shanks (up to 20 characters), depending on the band width and setting design.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of delivery for most standard band designs.
In-stock jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days in its original, unworn condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
Yes. Every Victoria Diamonds piece comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering structural defects in craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental loss, or unauthorized third-party alterations.
Yes, we provide fully insured express international shipping to select destinations worldwide via specialized high-value carriers (such as FedEx Express or DHL Express).
Silver Collection pieces are paid in full. Daily Sparkle, Forever Bond, Aura and Men’s Collection can be customised online with full or deposit payment. Most High Note pieces can also be ordered online; appointment-only pieces are labelled. Your final configuration and price are confirmed before payment.
