Returns and refunds
We want you to feel confident in your jewellery purchase. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can help with the correct return instructions.
In-stock jewellery
In-stock jewellery can be returned or exchanged within 30 days in its original, unworn condition. This condition does not restrict your statutory rights, including the right to inspect eligible online purchases as you would in a shop. To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order details and let us know what you would like to return.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. We will provide the return address and instructions when you contact us. Please package the item securely.
Bespoke and personalised jewellery
Custom or personalised pieces are final sale for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. For cancellation of a bespoke commission, please see our terms and conditions and contact us about your order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will explain the next steps and applicable remedies. Your statutory rights are not affected by the change-of-mind policy or by any workmanship warranty.
Online cancellation and refunds
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights. This generally means notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods and returning them within a further 14 days after cancellation. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Our 30-day in-stock return policy above is separate from your statutory rights.
For a qualifying statutory cancellation, we will refund the amount due, including standard delivery where applicable, within the legally required timeframe after receiving the goods or, if earlier, evidence of their return.
